Yes! Every 4Ever Shed is built completely from the ground up in your backyard. Building on-site allows me to customize your shed to fit your exact space and makes it possible to install sheds in locations where pre-built sheds simply can't fit through gates or fences.

What foundation do you use?

Most sheds are built using the TuffBlock® footing system with pressure-treated 2×6 framing and adjustable pressure-treated 4×4 support posts.This foundation system allows me to precisely level each shed to accommodate uneven yards while providing excellent long-term support and drainage. Because the shed is elevated off the ground, air can circulate underneath, helping reduce moisture buildup and extend the life of the structure.For customers who prefer or municipalities that require it, I can also build on an existing concrete slab or other approved foundation.

Do I need a permit?

Permit requirements vary by city, village, and shed size. Some municipalities allow smaller sheds without a permit, while others require permits for nearly every structure.Although I don't pull permits, I regularly build permitted sheds and can provide the plans, specifications, and documentation most municipalities require for your permit application. I accept ACH bank transfers, checks, major credit cards, and other digital payment methods.A one-third deposit is typically due about one week before your scheduled installation to reserve your build date. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

Forever Home Services LLC provides a lifetime workmanship warranty covering defects related to my installation and construction.This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, weather damage, acts of nature, misuse, or manufacturer defects in building materials. Warranty service outside approximately 30 miles of Glenview, Illinois may require a small travel fee.
